How to submit material

Dear reader, and prospective contributor,
I've activated an e-mail address allowing me to receive material to be made available through the group's sister site,
http://www.mathsupportgals.org
The address is:
submit@mathsupportgals.org
According to the "mission" of the group, the material we'll provide is a sort of gift, and then freely accessible. In the group description this is stated informally, by saying the material is "copyright-free".
But I understand anything, little or big, costs an effort. And any contributor must get the proper credit for their products.
I'm considering whether to encourage the contributing authors to include the "GNU Free Documentation License" or a reference to it, whenever they want their name and rights acknowledged. This may apply to "large" documents and other things which may be "downloaded" and then transferred.
For smaller pieces, likely to be published directly as site pages, this may be overkill, and maybe just your permission-to-share cold be sufficient.
But, this is only a preliminary idea, to be refined. If anyone of you is a lawyer, or has some experience with licensing issues, I'd be glad having an opinion. And, any idea is welcome.
In any case, I just ask you to register to the Math Support Gals so you may participate to the group discussions (main activity will always be there, and the sister site is "only" a repository). I'll not be absolutely rigid on allowing contributions only to registered members, but I strongly encourage you entering the group: not doing, you lose a big opportunity to raise your voice and take a stand.
Last: please be patient! I will answer you as soon as possible. But sometimes this might take some time (there are days in which my Internet connection dies, and others where I'm not at home. So, please forgive me in advance. But, I will always respond you! Promised.
